Let's talk about art healing, what it is and why you should try it. We'll use some simple intuitive art drawing techniques to get to know each other and figure out which art healing sessions are right for you. I understand that everyone is different, so I will create a custom program depending on your needs.
* This session is online and requires basic materials like paper and paint (if you don't have paint, a pencil/ pen/ markers/ crayons would work too)
If you are a control freak like me, if you put too much pressure on yourself in everything that you do, if you think that you are never good enough, this art healing session is for you. We'll use expressive art techniques that will help you learn how to be easier on yourself and others, how to let go, and to realize that you are enough! Please, join me in this exciting journey of art creation and self-acceptance.
*You do not need to have any artistic skills to participate. It is all about the process.
* I recommend attending at least 2 sessions, so you can understand the concept and, perhaps, continue doing this on your own.
During these intuitive art sessions, you will discover new things about yourself that have been buried in your subconsciousness. You will try to understand why you feel/ act/ react certain ways. Art will help to gently wake the right side of your brain and to learn fascinating facts about yourself. It will help you to better control your emotions and even reprogram your brain to remove barriers that stop you from achieving full potential. Join me in this great adventure!

Everyone experiences stress, and stress is not always bad because sometimes it saves our lives when it helps us react quickly to a dangerous situation, for example. Unfortunately, most of us experience stress daily because our life is too busy and overwhelming, and we just don't know how to cope and catch up. This kind of stress leads to many physical and emotional distress.
Art creation can have a positive effect on one's physiological welfare, as it is proven to reduce stress levels. Specific expressive art exercises will help identify true causes of stress and figure out ways of coping with it. Stress under control means healthier body and mind.
Come make art outdoors with me! We'll make art, and we'll also learn how to connect with nature, to accept the fact that we are a small part of it, and to foster a respectful relationship with it. Try it once, and you'll never want to stop. I promise.

This is just a fun way to spend free time and relieve stress. Come and make some abstract art with me! I've been using alcohol inks, which is a new experimental medium in the art world, that has so much potential. Check out my gallery or my Instagram page to get inspired. I will teach you some techniques, and I will guide you through the whole process. I find working with fluid mediums quite therapeutic as well. Awesome time is guaranteed, of course, and you'll have something new to hang on the wall! We can do it one-on-one or as a group.
